## 1. Status

LazyWars is currently in beta. Features may change or break without notice. Participation is at your own risk.

## 2. Limited Use Grant

You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use LazyWars for personal, non-commercial testing and feedback during the beta period.

-No resale, sublicensing, or paid access.
-No automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or malicious probing.
-No use that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights.

## 3. Ownership

All game code, branding, artwork, audio, mechanics, and related assets are (c) LazyWars / HyperLazy ("Project Team"). All rights reserved unless an explicit open source license is later attached to a component.

## 4. Feedback

Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used freely by the Project Team without obligation to you.

## 5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE AND GAME SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR YOUR USE.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROJECT TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

## 7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access at any time for any reason. Upon termination you must cease all use.

## 8. Future License

A future open source or commercial license may replace these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
